Currently, Fusion Boutique does not provide a telephone order service. We are an internet – only boutique. However, we are available on telephone (Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 7.00pm) to give assistance and answer any queries you have.

2) Change of Order This depends on the Status of your order. If your order is processing then it may be possible to amend the order. To change/amend your order please call us on 07886020917, or email us at contact@fusionboutique.co.uk. If the order is out for delivery nothing can be changed. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. (Please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).
3) Cancellation of Order If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us through email at contact@fusionboutique.co.uk, including the following information:

In keeping up with the changing trends in the fashion world we need to keep getting new material and designs for our customers. We understand that you may be disappointed on your selection being out of stock. In that case, if an item you're interested in buying is out of stock, please send an email to contact@fusionboutique.co.uk. We will check if the item can be re-ordered and, if so, how long it will take but we assure you that we will not disappoint you with our new ranges.
In case you have made the payment, you shall be contacted by us and we will try to reach an amicable solution .In case for some reason you are unable to be contacted by us, the management will arrange to refund back the money for the item, which is not in stock.
