Why Shop Here?

1. Orders / How do I place an order?

Simply order online. To start shopping follow these simple steps:

1)	When you have found something you would like to buy, click the “Add to basket button”, confirm the quantity, size and colour that you want and continue shopping.
2)	You can review the items in your basket at any time. To delete an item from your basket, click the remove button next to the item. To change the , clicks the update quantity button and type in the new quantity.
3)	If you’d like to carry on shopping, click “Continue to shop button”. When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, click “Proceed to checkout” button and follow the instructions.
4)	After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your Order. Once your payment has been approved, the delivery address verified and the items located, your order will be processed.

Currently, Fusion Boutique does not provide a telephone order service. We are an internet – only boutique. However, we are available on telephone (Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 7.00pm) to give assistance and answer any queries you have.

2) Change of Order

This depends on the Status of your order. If your order is processing then it may be possible to amend the order. To change/amend your order please call us on 07886020917, or email us at contact@fusionboutique.co.uk. If the order is out for delivery nothing can be changed. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. (Please follow the procedure set out in the Returns policy).

3) Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us through email at contact@fusionboutique.co.uk, including the following information:

Customer name
Order number
Date of order

4) Stock Availability

The item that you may have ordered could have gone out of stock by the time We process your order.

In keeping up with the changing trends in the fashion world we need to keep getting new material and designs for our customers. We understand that you may be disappointed on your selection being out of stock. In that case, if an item you're interested in buying is out of stock, please send an email to contact@fusionboutique.co.uk. We will check if the item can be re-ordered and, if so, how long it will take but we assure you that we will not disappoint you with our new ranges.

In case you have made the payment, you shall be contacted by us and we will try to reach an amicable solution .In case for some reason you are unable to be contacted by us, the management will arrange to refund back the money for the item, which is not in stock.

5) Product and Colour Disclaimer

All above items are subject to availability. Designs and colours may vary slightly. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. However, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography.
