1) Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. We will issue you with a full refund within 14 days or an exchange for a different size/colour/style – provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging.
When trying on the goods, please ensure you’re not wearing deodorant or perfume as marks may be left on the items. This will result in us being unable to exchange the item or issue a refund.
We do not provide free return / exchange service, the reason being that we would need to increase the price of goods to cover the increased costs. We feel that this is a fair system for all our customers. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.
2) Return Procedure
When you want to return an unsuitable item, you can return it for refund or exchange. Please return an item in its original condition within 7 days of the receipt, with a letter mentioning the order number and reason for return. Wrap the item securely to avoid damage in transit back to Fusion Boutique. We strongly recommend that you use registered post because Fusion boutique cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items.

3) Sale Items
All sale items are non refundable. We offer an exchange only policy on all our sale goods.
4) Gift Items
If you have received unwanted items from Fusion Boutique, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional postage
5) Receiving of returned items
Unfortunately we cannot confirm when we have received your items. It is recommended that you send items back via recorded delivery. You can call us on 07886020917 to confirm arrival of your return.
6) Refunds
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 14 days. A refund will not be processed until the unwanted goods have been received.
